Very rundown old hotel. Everything is outdated from the pool to the rooms. If you’re just passing through and looking from something cheap on a one night stay it’s about all it’s worth.

Well worth the discounted price. Great breakfast value. Two pools inside. Were nice, but jacuzzi only hot. No working jet pumps. That’s number one of bpoor maintenance in several areas. India owners! Only one elevator worked Only one vending machine in the whole place, with a few things only. Actually y no wending machines. Cheap to contract out Only one ice machine Orange /Apple and cranberry juice machine in the breakfast room out of service for days !

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. It was very entertaining in a very negative way. Seen a woman overdosed in her vehicle. Police were called out about the incident. Drug deals were constantly being made behind the building. Police were called again about 5 cop cars pulled up and arrested and guy in the back of parking lot. Searched his bag and found drugs and a gun in his possession. This is a slum hostel hotel like I said I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Oh and the highly stressed that if you smoke cigarettes on the balcony you will be charged a 250.00 cleaning fee for the smell. I guess it’s okay for people to smoke their crack and pot on the balconies. We couldn’t enjoy sitting on our balcony because of all the pot smoking from other guests. Prostitutes were all in the hotel I think this hotel is a hot spot for prostitution. To top it off my wife and friend were pretty much threatened while sitting on our balcony by ppl beside us by showing them his knife while staring at them. We rent this room for all weekend but left a day early because after this incident we no longer felt safe. As we were checking out of hotel I told the front desk manager what had happened about the guy with the knife. The manager acted like it was no big deal. He shrugged it off like it was nothing to him. This hotel needs to be reported to authorities about all the problems that’s here. From the drugs the prostitution not feeling safe it’s just to much for anyone

There was human poop in lazy River. There was screws all over hallway. Bed was broke. Trash and cigarettes all over balcony. We didn’t stay. As soon as we saw the poop in pool we left. We told front desk and he seemed highly unconcerned with the poop on lazy river and when told him the rest he shrugged his shoulders. Hotel refused a refund. I am going to be calling health department.

Everything aboutvthe room was fantastic, we loved the balcony with the beautiful view The shower was great,good water pressure, the air conditioning worked great,we loved the window and door to the balcony was glass,so lot's of light coming in,was happy to see that Parking was plenty for guests Breakfast was gravy,biscuits,sausages, indian stir fry,i think? Lol It was delicious Cant say enough about the front desk staff,they were Dolls,very sweet! Thank you for hosting my husband and i,and our friends with the joining rooms We will go back in june I hope the seasonal pool is open by then. First off I know it will be an automated respinse to this review. DO NOT LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU! The rooms are completely run down, the pool looks nothing like that its definitely time to do some work to it chunks missing from the steps of the lazy river. The hot tub was not working the indoor pool was ice cold. I received 2 messages stating the outdoor pool was ready. It was empty an needs renovation. Out of 4 elevators 1 works. The breakfast was mediocre. The halls are torn apart in places the hot water wasnt hot. The air went out in our room I had to stand there at the desk after telling it was out for him to call someone. The hotel is a 2 at best. Its musty and the rooms are definitely not up to date. The property is in a decent location if they would just take pride in the property an fix the issues they have.

Staff was fine. The room subpar. We walked in, looked over the room, then left and went across the street.. Apparently there are renovations being done. They should list the non renovated rooms with current pictures at a different rate(although free wouldnt be cheap enough). We were unfortunate enough to get a room that alight with the othe 2 star reviews. The pool area is decrepid, and the back door by the pool propped open for anybody to access. I would not let my child swim there.

Room temps were comfortable, there were clean towels in and we had no issue getting extra towels and a clean blanket from the front desks late at night. We had a very late check in without issue. As far as cleanliness, they were under construction, but it was just gross. There were boogers and dirty handprints on the walls. Hair in the shower. The blankets had snot and body fluids on them and were just plain gross. Thankfully brought my own sheets. The pool and lazy river was great, especially since it’s open til 2am. Hot tub was hot! Lazy river warm! And the pool was cool enough to enjoy.

Entire property was disgusting. Dirty smelly carpets with leftover dog food and more in the room, bugs in the bed and grime all over the bathroom mattresses and pillows look like they haven't been replaced since the 90s the lazy river and pool were murky and green the entire place had a strong smell of mold and cigarettes plus an over use of products and chemicals to try to cover the other smells the property refused to give a refund the employee barely spoke we got our keep took a walk around the property and told them we would not be staying he just took the key

Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Rooms are outdated but they are working on it! The front staff attendant was super kind and helpful. We stayed at three places on this trip and this hotel had the kindest and most welcoming staff out of all. The indoor pool was nice. The main pool was not heated.
