Upon getting to our rooms, we found hair which was not ours on both beds. It was like they missed replacing the bed sheets for our rooms. Both beds had lots of different colored hair/hair lengths - not just a few strands. When we notified the front desk, the maintenance person came to follow up and he gave us washed linen but it was still damp. Also, since there is no housekeeping after 5pm, we ended up having to change the bedsheets ourselves, and when I asked for management to look into the issue for some kind of compensation - there was nothing given (along with no explanation). If I am expected to spend my time to do something that the hotel should have done beforehand, then I think that warrants some kind of a gesture or at least an apology - none given. The second issue was the pressure setting on the shower head, which we also asked the maintenance person to look into, but there was nothing he could do for this. I have a 5 yr old that found it unbearable to take a shower himself as it was too painful for him to take a shower so I had to shield him from the water. On multiple occasions, there was something that could have been done at multiple levels to alleviate the customer's concerns, but customer service really wasn't the focus. Normally, I won't even use room service until I leave, but the room has to be ready. My experience in the past has been much better, but this time it just wasn't great.
