宿泊客の人数に対して、 エレベーターが少なく 何度階段を往復したか分かりません。 オールインクルーシブが売りなのに ラウンジも人で溢れかえり座れないし 食べ物も不足気味、 夕食と朝食もスマホで時間帯を選び予約する システムだが全く意味がなく長蛇の列で お皿も足りておらず、働いている方達も余裕がなくバタバタしていて不備だらけでした。 レストラン無いに入りきれるわけもなく、 座席も広間というより廊下のようなスペース、何故か間の喫煙所があるという 色々目的や配置に謎や計算ミスがある感じでした。 食べ物はどれも美味しかったですが できるなら温かいものは温かいうちに すぐ食べたかったなと感じるぐらい 食事を取りに行くにも座席に運ぶに も距離と大混雑があり大変でした。 食事に行くだけで疲れ、エレベーターにも なかなか乗れないので階段登って疲れ、、、 和洋室だったので布団も使用しましたがカバーやシーツも自分たちでつけないといけなくて それも疲れ、、、 でせっかく休暇を楽しみに行ったのに疲れました。

伊勢志摩ってこのレベル？

ミネラルウオーターもエレベーター前にあり　常温とホットが無料で準備されていました エレベーターは3機しかなかったので食事時には渋滞で階段を使って降りる人がたくさんいました ビュッフェもどの順番に並ぶのか　どうやって回るのかがわからず、ウロウロする場面も(私達以外も)ありました 1番残念だったのが　夕食の海鮮です イカの刺身を食べているのにマグロの味が……こんなに美味しく無いと思ったのは初めてでした　お酒が含まれている料金だとはいえ　とても残念。 お風呂も温泉だとはいえ　土日だったからか人が多く芋洗状態　ドライヤーとか　化粧水とかもあって　いいと思ったのに……

まずチェックイン時にフロントスタッフの笑顔が無く、対応もそっけなかったので、ワクワク感が一気に無くなりました。一方、食事ホールの受付の方やホールスタッフの方々は対応も素早く、感じが良かったので少しほっとしました。部屋は広く眺望もよかったので、とてもくつろげました。あとはホテルの規模からしてエレベーターの数が少ないことと、大浴場が混雑していたのが残念です。
