Best Priced hotel in the area with superb service!

A very sweet gentleman welcomed us with a big smile that melted our tiredness from the late arrival 11 pm check-in. He also accommodated all of our special requests. Hotel parking lot is huge where has no problem even oversized RV. Everything in the room was so clean especially bedsheets, blanket, towel and mattress. The sweet gentleman and his wife set off us in the morning. Our family enjoyed the stay and definitely will rebook the hotel again in the future.

1 lumpy and squeaky bed in 208.Shower spout was loose.No extra toilet paper.The Japanese restaurant was excellent with Koreans cooking Japanese food!

Got in late just before restaurant closed ordered food and they brought it up to us. Room was very nice and spacious and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Although in the centre of the south of Vancouver island, Port Alberni really is a port. Vancouver Island is big, beautiful and quite remote, especially given that it's so close to the city of Vancouver. The property is a fairly typical motel, clean and comfortable and designed for a car user. Which is just as well as while I did see some bus stops in town, i can't imagine how you would get there by public transport.
