The view from our room, and I think all rooms was amazing! Most of the hotels have a lot of trees behind so you don't get a good view but this one was fantastic! The room was basic but clean, everything worked and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was amazing!

Cute, no frills hotel with views of the mountain from the room's patio. Staff was friendly and helpful with local suggestions. Rooms were very clean. The hotel seemed to be filled up and we never heard noise from other people. Price was right. Within walking distance of mini golf, restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again.

Really disappointed in this place. Damp smell, bed linen was dirty and overall just not a great place to stay. Needs a major overhaul. One thing I will say the lady on reception was very accommodating and nice.

The view from our deck in the room was beautiful!! The hotel staff very nice and accommodating. The only negative thing I found is the shower head was dated and could use an update and the bath towels a little thread bare and small. But overall a great place to stay at a great price!! Close to everything in North Conway!! I’ll stay again!!

Wonderful service and views though the rooms could use an update. I was there for a marathon and requested a late checkout, which the property was happy to agree to. Later asked for that to be extended since a hotel a friend was staying at wouldn't do it for them and they were happy to extend us again. Also got great local restaurant suggestions!
