We needed an accessible room. The website said to contact the motel to get one. I called them the Sunday before our reservation and was told we had an accessible room. When we arrived we were placed on the second floor without an elevator. There were no bars in the bathroom and my dad was unable to use the facilities. I had to book a whole new hotel and request a refund for the extra days. They did nothing to make it right. They told me we had an accessible room and then did nothing when we arrived to actually fix their error. I had to basically beg for a refund when we were unable to actually use the room in its entirety. Terrible. Absolutely terrible.

The toilet would not flush. When we asked for a plunger, it helped for one or two flushes but problem returned. Didn’t want to wait for maintenance to fix the problem.

The room had numerous maintenance issues. The toilet would not flush, the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, the floor boards in the bathroom felt like they would give way and have me fall through to the first floor at any moment, and there was no TV remote. Also, the attic was left open in the room. There were stains on the towels that made me question whether they were cleaned. Overall, I would not stay here again especially for the relatively high price I paid for the quality of the room.

They again tried to put me in a room that had holes in the wall. They fixed some of the holes, but not all of them. They changed the room numbers thinking ppl would not notice, but now room number 211 use to be 209. They save that room for Black ppl, I was told that and I experienced it twice. They moved me to another room that had not been completely cleaned but I was too tired ton complain. Two days was all. I went back to give them another chance but the foul over there. They have motel 6 which in the ad, studio 6 is in the front it has rooms that are being repaired by non professionals and it shows.

Shower didn’t work, could not get moved into another room. Staff had to come in and too several times to adjust the water faucet so we could be able to finally shower. The room was not prepared with the proper facilities for guests and our time space was intruded throughout the evening. Refund necessary.
