We had to switch rooms. The first one had hand print poop smears on the bathroom walls and doors.. a dirty mirror with black weird shapes. The fridge was dirty and it had no sheets blankets pillows for the 2nd pull out bed. The next room they put us in had a shower covered in other peoples hair at least 15 short curly black hair the mircowave is gross, still no sheets for the second bed and i had to catch and remove 28 stink bugs for my autistic son to sleep. The front guy seemed a little clueless and was trying to argue

Terrible stay at the red roof

The front desk not friendly, the room was dirty, the breakfast area had a gas smell ( the front desk person didnt seem to care). The pool was closed down.

Came here last 5 plus years and always booked two rooms with elderly mom on the way to Florida. Our tv went out, worker came to the room, offered to move us, we can’t when my mom is in the other room, she was sound asleep at 930. Nope, I already booked at Best western next year cause nobody called me to make this right! I should get a kick back for being great customers!

Bedding was stained and felt damp. Room wasn't very clean and felt damp as well. Overall, it was decent for a quick sleep, which us what we needed it for. Traveling through and needed a few hours sleep, otherwise, I don’t recommend!

Upon arrival the room was very cold. All surfaces in the room felt damp. Walking in our socks left them wet and very soiled. Very dissatisfied. Won't be staying here again.

This is definitely a motel level experience. The lobby smelled strongly of natural gas. The rooms had comfortable beds with clean linens, but there were some dead bugs and flies in the room. There was a water leak and peeling paint on the ceiling by the door. The bathroom shower was a bit dirty and the rod was falling apart. The pool area was clean, but feels a bit exposed to the parking lot area. There were a few people hanging around outside of their rooms at night which felt uncomfortable walking past from the pool to the room. The breakfast was OK waffle maker was a plus, biscuits and gravy felt old. Overall an OK stop for the night but a bit expensive for the quality.

We traveled to Hunstville for Space Camp graduation and needed a place to sleep & rest. The Red Roof Inn met those needs. The bed & pillows were soft, shower was clean and hot and the breakfast was delicious. We will return next year!

Dont stay here! You will regret it!! ]

I would never stay here again or would I never recommend anyone to stay here. I was with my b/f and 83 year old father traveling back from Florida. Chips and crumbs from food all over the floor. Inside the hideabed was so disgusting! Hair and chips, food crumbs all inside. Looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a LONG time. No sheets in bed. When I went to use the phone after cleaning the bed for sheets, the phone didnt work! We were all the way in the last room at end of hotel and had to walk to get them at 11pm. After getting back, noticing so many other things. I plugged my phone in and the outlet came out of the wall. The toilet paper dispenser and fan in bathroom had been replaced with undone spackling or drywall around it undone. It was in such poor shape I could go on! Fingerprints all over the microwave which the inside wasnt cleaned either. The bottom of the bathroom door was swollen rot from water like simmering overflowed. I am normally not so picky. I can't believe i stayed or didn't ask for another room. I just wanted to sleep for a couple hours and get back on the road for home. If my dad wasnt diabetic, needed to give him his insulin and put up his legs from being swollen, I know I would have demanded refund and kept driving!!
