Loved this property, the area and accessibility. Room was fairly large in comparison to others that I’ve stayed in near Myeongdong. A little farther away from tourist attractions but really close to public transportation. Only thing I didn’t like was that it was advertised as having breakfast but they don’t serve it and the room key is an actual key with a long, bulky key chain.

the room I stay at was decent. Clean but old. people at the front seemed busy but helpful in korean or English. I liked the sauna in the basement. the sauna is very old style,but well maintained, nice staffs though they don’t speak English at all.

3days 2nights stay for a overseas experience

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights but The location was really good, and provided a map of the surroundings in the lobby. The bed itself was pretty comfy, and they reuse towels so that they don't produce lots of waste. Although they don't provide food, the near by stores, restaurants and convenience stores were very sufficient in the range of food. The bath and showers were pretty big, and they even have a sauna in B1 floor. The building is 7 floors tall so it's easy to spot when you come out from the station. The people at the lobby were also very bilingual and spoke both English and Japanese. Over all it was a 9/10 experience.

韓国での滞在では、定宿です。 地下サウナがあるのが魅力的で、地下鉄東大歴史公園前までも徒歩３分、バス停も徒歩2～３分以内、空港リムジンバス停留所【サミットホテル前】まで徒歩3分でしかも始発なので必ず座れます。 お部屋もバスタブ付き、ウォシュレットつきで、スーツケースも広げても十分過ぎる広さです。 何よりフロントのお兄さん達が優しくて日本語堪能。もうかれこれ20年近くになりますが、変わらないのも良いところ。 地下サウナは地元のオンニ達もいたローカル感満載。良いところしかないホテルですよ。

Rimelig, eldre hotell med god beliggenhet. Rengjøring kunne vært bedre. Fant mye hår rundt omkring blant annet på vannkokeren og fat med kopper. Dette er sikkert pga hårføneren er plassert ved skrivebordet på rommet i stedet for badet. En del lyder på natten, men for det meste jevn during av klimaanlegg. Det fans et skrin med tau for brannevakuering, men glasset er veldig lite og ser ikke ut til å kunne åpnes.

昔の高級ホテルは今も頑張ってます！

1970~80年代には高級ホテルだったと思われる佇まいで、今も頑張っています。部屋は広めで、ゆったりとしたバスタブがあるのもそれ故でしょう。表通りから脇道に入った立地なので静かで快適。（バスルームに貼り付いていた２本の毛が無ければ満点の出来でした。惜しい！残念！）

2025.10.16～10.20迄413号室で利用。地下鉄・バス停留所から徒歩5分以内、地下サウナも宿泊者は1日1回無料と15年以上前から利用しています。 ヨンビンホテルはバスタブがあるので利用していますが、今回利用した413号室はバスタブにヒビがはいっており、お湯が溜められずとても残念でした。こんな事は初めてで、改修をお願いいたします。

フロントスタッフはとても気持ちの良い対応でした。 滞在中リモートワークと大雨のため出前でジャジャン麺とチャンポンの半々麺と酢豚小を頼んだが駐車場のおじさんが美味しいお店を薦めてくれてフロントの女性と一緒に探してくれて、実際とても美味しかった。 お部屋は他の方の口コミにある319号室だったが確かに広いしシャワーもトイレと離れているのでビショビショにはならないがエレベーター前の部屋のためとにかくエレベーターが止まるたび毎回カチカチうるさかった。 次回も利用したいけど同じ広さでエレベーター前以外の部屋があるのかわからないので確認してから利用したい。 気にならない人はいいかも。 利便性は他の方の口コミどおりとても良いと思う。

ソウルの常宿

5年ぶりに宿泊しました。コロナ前と比べ料金が高くなりました。依然、人気のようで予約も取りにくくなりました。地下のサウナは水曜日は営業しないとのこと。サウナの垢すりの人も代わりました。料金は高くなった割に、垢すりやマッサージのサービスの質は低下したように思いました。上の階の部屋から深夜2時に日本人夫婦の大声の喧嘩が聞こえ、目が覚めました。防音は良くないです。日本人の客は多いです。レトロな雰囲気のホテルは古き良きソウルを彷彿させます。
