Pretty disappointing experience. Our first room had no working A/C, though front desk was able to quickly move us to a room w cool air. We were surprised that there is no restaurant on site, including no room service, because this site indicates they do have a restaurant. We were instead given a couple of pizza delivery menus. The maid-service seemed irregular. We were told they only clean every other day. On day 3 of our trip we had expected turn-down and new towels and came back to the room to find nothing had been cleaned/made. The front desk again sent us new clean towels and were very considerate, though the whole experience seemed far less satisfying than I expect from similar Marriott collection hotels I’ve stayed in other cities. While they did their best to accommodate us, the needs we had were so basic (working A/C, clean towels). And the misrepresentation about the restaurant should probably be clarified (they do have a bar fwiw).
