I would not recommend this hotel based on my recent stay. For the price, it is very outdated, other hotels in the same location are much nicer and charge a similar rate.
The biggest concern was the lack of security. The same key unlocks the gate, the main entrance, and every single hotel room. We tested (with another guest’s consent), and our keys could open each other’s rooms. On top of this, there is no internal lock or latch in the room, meaning you cannot secure the door from inside the room. This is extremely unsafe, especially when traveling with children.
Cleanliness was also an issue. The room had clearly not been properly cleaned (I have several photos as evidence). The bathroom was in poor condition – when I turned the shower on, a leak in the silicone seal caused water to flow directly onto the bathroom floor.
I booked a king-size bed, and during confirmation was asked if I preferred a king or two singles. I said either was fine, but was instead given a double bed, which was disappointing.
Finally, both my child and I woke up covered in bites, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and pest control.
Overall, this hotel was far below standard in terms of safety, cleanliness, and comfort. I would strongly advise booking elsewhere.
