Logement bien organisé, lits confortables et bien fourni en vaisselle. Par contre pour laver la vaisselle il n'y a qu'un petit lavabo dans la salle de bains. Manque un voilage sur la baie vitrée qui donne sur le parking et l'accès aux chambres. Porte d'entrée difficile à ouvrir.

The 1br apartment was comfortable & spacious for an overnight stay. Didn’t notice any road noise even though it’s a main road. Convenient to Woolworths & cafe for breakfast. Only negative was pool poorly maintained & not clean, which was disappointing on a hot day. The Bomaderry Motel next door appeared to have a much better (and usable!) pool.

This property is clean and tidy, but not managed well. Our room had a blocked drain in the bathroom sink. The waste water pooled in the sink and made it very disgusting. When I went to the reception to report the problem, the office was closed. I called the manager phone number to report the problem, but they wouldn’t refund my payment and didn’t offer any compensation. I don’t usually complain, but this is a PUBLIC HEALTH issue which is unacceptable.

Unloved, needs a lot of TLC. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment for some reason but both bedrooms were musty smelling and one had a flashing main light - we only needed one room. The pool gate didn't shut properly and there were bags of dirty linen in the garden. Not sure if there was illness or some reason for the situation but it could be a great stopover with a small amount of work carried out.

The gentleman who helped us have a very late check-in last night, due to the extreme weather we drove down in, was wonderfully helpful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable and the beds were so comfy and sheets felt amazing! Thanks for having us and being so accommodating for our stay!!

The best customer service by the property manager Hardik. He is exceptional. Overall, the property is good. Although, it seemed a bit expensive due to Christmas holidays. Will stay again only because of Hardik's great attitude.

Ok room but below average kitchen. Stove and oven not good enough. Small essentials are missing. No tea towels and dish cloth. No scissors. No recycling. No hand wash in bathroom. No shower caps. No night lamp in bedroom. King size beds are comfortable. Convenient location.

This place needs to have bathroom makeover. The corner shower was very awkward to use and small. A new toilet is needed. Couldn’t use the basin in the shower as it was tiny and on the side. The Tv kept switching off and not having any volume. The floors - they used rugs on top of rugs at the front door, could not open the front door fully to get in or out. Disappointed actually.
