We did not stay at the Lake-Vu motel. My daughter and I got a phone call, while we were onroute, letting us know that the hotel is not staffed for late check-ins, so they could not provide us with accommodations for the night. Fortunately, we were able to find other accommodations.

Need better lock out system, I waited outside for over an hour in the cold due to being locked out of the hall door, emergency contact or on call should be in place, bed is outdated and uncomfortable, door lock is broken, and shower stall door doesn’t fully close.

We did not actually stay the night as we requested to see the room prior to registering. The hallway had a stale smell and the room was extremely small as the bed took up most of it. The parking was extremely difficult to navigate as it was narrow and was extremely sloped. Check-in was through a convenience store as well. As for cleanliness we did not look any further after seeing how small the room was.

Paintwork in room 21 was grubby, it needed cleaning. The carpet was dirty and stained. There was a fitting on the bath top that was was black. Wall paper was hanging off the wall. No tissues despite there being a holder and we were told they had none, although they owned a convenience store on site. Bed coverlets were worn and tired. It was very much overpriced for the quality of accommodation. It needed a complete renovation. On reflection, it was worth only one star

the good sode, the stuffs are friendly and helpfu. the badside, the door chain is not working; there is black molds in the showerstall; and glass on the entrance of the buildingis smashed. All these shows the incapability of the management. not recommanded.

Definitely will not be back! Very sketchy area. Front glass on door to enter into foyer was broken. Felt very unsafe. Rooms need to be renovated and carpets were disgusting!

This was a very dingy location. You had to go in the convenience store to check in and the service was not great. We were given 2 keys, one for the outside door and one for the room. They did not work that well Most motels have upgraded to a keyless entry.only one bed which we knew but it was a double, not a queen. Since it was my daughter and I staying here did not feel that safe
