Turned on the shower and a lot of silver shavings came out of the faucet. Was given a room that was not renovated because I booked thru hotels.com, was advised that I could upgrade for a room with new carpet for an extra $10. Also the bathroom is very small. The receptionist was extremely helpful letting me know about local things to see.

We just stayed a night, but absentmindedly left a personal item behind in the room. Upon realizing it, I called back to check — Michelle and Lori found it, and went out of their way to have it packaged and mailed back to us, something I wouldn’t even expect some 5-star hotels to do.
