I was very disappointed with the condition of this hotel. My daughter was travelling alone and she checked in late at night. The first room that she was given, was unsafe. The sliding door to the common area did not lock and the safety bar was broken. She went back to the front desk and was given a new room. This room had a broken safety latch and the smoke alarm was offline and beeping all night. When she woke up in the morning, all she found for a 'full breakfast' was cheerios and milk in a dirty lobby area. I would ask for a refund if possible and I would not book at this location.

Very unpleasant stay! NOT up to Wyndham standards! The entry door had a large gap at the floor allowing bugs to enter. The faucet wouldn't completely shut off. The shower would grow cold in the middle of using it. Only 2 sets of towels in the room. The TV was unusable unless you registered it on your smartphone. The "hot breakfast" was very limited in selection. No protein items offered. The only bread offered was white, straight out of the wrapper. No butter for the waffles. No sugar free syrup. The waffle batter ran out. No orange juice. Milk ran out. Coffee was lukewarm.

Was a bed in a hot shower that's it

It was a very rundown facility. The bed was OK I didn't see any bugs or anything like that, but the TV didn't work, the phone didn't work, the front desk manager was friendly but didn't have any knowledge of how things worked or care, and Breakfast was barely there, but it was a bed and a hot shower, and it was cheap.

Unsatisfactory

Had stayed in a Confort Inn in Conroe Tx for 3 nights prior to the stay in El Dorado and chose this motel since wed stayed in one prior. NO COMPARISON. The best was comfortable for reason for stay, but will jot be staying there again. Place was run down and dilapidated, parking lot full of sand and stuff that we tracked into the room and our vehicle. It's a shane for Comfort Inn to have a sign above this place. Yes, my opinion only.

Reunion Stay

It was old and some rooms could not be used because of a fire. Breakfast was only coffee and cold cereal. Housekeeping was bad we asked for new hand towels and received two wash rags for an example. Wall are thin noise from a crying baby in the next room was loud.

Locks on doors the screws were coming out of feames. Manager came down and screwed them back in. They did not reinforce the holes so I didn't sleep very well. The refrigerator is making thumping sounds and they brought in another one and just left it in the middle of the floor said he'd have maintenance come and get it the next day it was I had a Jacuzzi tub but it was a 1970s Las Vegas style red heart tub which was filthy. There was pee on the floor and stuff in the toilet it hadn't been cleaned and I had the I saw a lady and she came over at the maid and she said they didn't even mop the floor or clean the toilet and I said no they didn't so she took the time and came over and cleaned the room I asked for a different room for the manager and they said no I booked this through Expedia and that's the room since it had the Jacuzzi tub I will not stay there again if I ever go back through that town.

I was able to get the room reserved for $50.00 a night. After taxes and everything it was $127.00 for 2 days. It was very clean and very quiet. I loved how everything you need was in walking distance. It was a good stay and I will definitely be back!
