Classic seaside hotel. Clean, breakfast was decent, wifi was fast. Warm room. Couldn't ask for more. Around the corner is a Sainsbury, 35secs out the front door is the beach.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. Food was good and there was plenty of it. Hotel was very clean and inviting. Any issues with room were sorted quickly and efficiently. Would recommend The Marlborough for your holiday or just a quick break. Excellent.

The breakfast was very good good varieties the staff were lovely polite and very helpful good atmosphere especially when we got there it was christmas party and decorations the only thing i waould mention his the heating it was rather cold in bedroom heating wouldnt come on but apart from that had a very good stay would come back

Hotel is busy with many regulars but made the evening and morning very pleasant. Room is clean but in need of update. I was a little cold during the night and couldn’t work the heater but my husband was ok. Lift is old but worked well to get us to our third floor room. Room 305 overlooked the front of Llandudno so that was a nice view. Breakfast was very organized, just a little confused as u are given ur table number on the list near entrance but when we looked for table 2 which we had been assigned two people were already seated here ?? Think it was because it had a view out the window these two people decided they wanted that table !!! No matter we were seated on a bigger table and service was very good, tea and coffee piping hot and my scrambled eggs were light and fluffy. Hubby enjoyed his full English. We would stay here again.

Friendly and very clean

Staff are very friendly! Very clean hotel! Breakfast was nice! Would definitely book again £10 extra for the duration of stay for dog! Which is very good! Offered sausage for the dog at breakfast too!! Location was perfect. Right opposite the the pier entrance.

Lovely hotel, very central. Staff very attentive and friendly. Clean and cosy room, we had a lovely bay window front view, great views of the sea front and pier. Couldn’t fault the breakfast, fresh and hot. Would stay there again.

It was like stepping back in time. Staff lovely, Very helpful Pillows needed changing Seen better days and badly stained, Food interesting but as they say “you get what you pay for” Ideally placed for shopping and seafront BUT STAFF GREAT. Fawlty Towers comes to mind 😂😂
