We checked in very late (midnight) and Miss Lucy was there to greet us with a warm and friendly smile. I mentioned we had yo check out at 5 am due to travel and she said she wished we were able to stay later for breakfast. When I went to check out- she had already made coffee so we could at least enjoy that. These extra steps are almost unheard of these days. Please thank this beautiful lady and let her know that warm coffee hit the spot!

Bad experience .. stay somewhere else.
The desk clerk ignored me and another customer while we waited to check in. I reserved a suite from Hotels.com and the clerk informed me the suite did not allow a dog, although the website I used didn't state any dog exception for this room.The hotel clerk and manager had no ownership of what was published on hotel.com
After 10 hrs driving we were stuck with a single tiny room, dark and shabby, and not comfortable.
Hotels.com customer service management did compensate us for the stay.

We found the bed very comfortable; the breakfast options were good, and there is a Dunkin’ a few minutes walk away and a Cracker Barrel across the street, along with several other chain eateries.

Disappointed
After checking reviews we used Hotel.com to make reservations at The Sleep Inn & Suites. Our experience did not come close to matching the reviews. The hotel claimed Hotel.com did not give them include information stating we had a pet. We had reserved a Suite and they wanted to switch us to a standard room at the same cost. They also stated that Fire code did not allow pets on the 2nd floor. After I inquired what the IFC # was that defined that code, they changed the story to it was a management restriction. The room was basically met flee -bag standard. Ugly stain on the chair, open hole in the bath ceiling with cobwebs.exposing the wiring from the unfinished repair. The mattress was cheaper than cheap and about the level of a 8” foam mattress as far as support is concerned. We arrived late in the evening and thought we were stuck. Luckily, we found another hotel, Quality Inn that allowed pet and gave us a room on the 3rd floor. This was in the same area so either the Fire Code story was fake or Quality Inn ignores that code. All I can say, is maybe we just got the one godawful room and Hotel Reception Rep who couldn’t care less. Good luck to you if you choose this hotel.

We needed a simple, safe, clean and quiet room for a late night arrival and early next morning departure, and that’s exactly what we got! This hotel is not fancy but clean and well-kept, and the breakfast was plentiful and just fine. A very good value for the charge!

Was told by person at the desk that the manager cancelled my reservation because I was considered a “local” I live 60 miles away from the hotel and booked a room there because it’s the closest to the airport and my wife had a 6am flight

Yesterday, we were trying to make a reservation in the Tri-Cities of Washington State. Instead we got a reservation for the Tri-Cities in Tennessee! Both places have a Sleep Inn! The woman at the front desk at the Sleep Inn at Pasco, WA, said this has happened several times before! We tried to switch the two hotels and we could not. We called the other Sleep Inn in Tennessee and they said because it was a 3rd Party (Hotels.com) they could not help us! We told them to let someone have the room if they needed it!
I've used Hotels.com App off and on for many years. This was an honest mistake. We are very disappointed that none of the assistance programs worked and the help line was unhelpful as well. It is clear you're only interested in the money. We will not be using your app again and we will be encouraging others not to use your app as well. Perhaps that won't matter except it will matter to us!
This is by no means a poor reflection on either of the Sleep Inns!! Both Sleep Inns were very caring and wanted to help us. This is a poor reflection for Hotels.com!
