Not A Great Experience!

Not a very good experience. Was a little early getting there wanted to charge for early check in, so we waited. Room / bathroom not very clean, odd smell, toilet would not flush. Housekeeping walked into the room.......... We did not even stay in the room that should tell you how it was. We left!!!

People banging on walls. Dogs barking. The first time I have ever been charged an extra 50 bucks for incidentals. And they were upset because I had already paid for the room so they couldn’t charge more for room in person. Never again will I stay in a econo lodge. I rate this placed a 0

I paid 50 for my dogs and then get to my room and there’s burnt cigarette holes in both comforters, no hot water, blood in pillow case and human hair everywhere

I set up and paid my reservation online a day before. At check in I had to pay an additional service fee of $2.50. I also made the mistake of getting a smoking room that smells nasty. I was offered another room for a fee. I will never trust Expedia again when they say this is your total price including fees at time of payment. It's obviously a lie.

This place was sketchy. Do not let the office fool you beause it was okay. But, when we walked in the hallway there is no air and it was hot all the doors of the rooms were scratched and when we entered the room there were burns in the bedspread and a musty nasty smell. We did not stay and asked for a refund.

Reservation is useless during Sturgis

Econo lodge souix falls canceled my reservation while I was in transit to their hotel. I spoke to their front desk at 9pm confirming my arrival time of 1am and they said that the late check in was ok. However when I arrived they gave my room away and said they refunded the stay. They did not, I now have to fight to get reimbursed for a room I was refused.

We came to town to see the Hardy concert and just needed an affordable place to stay. This met all our needs. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We never made it to the complimentary breakfast but it looked like a nice set up! The pool was small but ok. The hot tub was hot, but didn’t circulate and was a bit cloudy! The staff were very nice, most were just being trained. The property is very run down. Carpets in the hallways were old, but clean. The ceiling tiles were old and def need replacing. The hotel is dated and it does need a makeover. But if you need a quick stop and don’t want to pay a lot, this is your place. Arby’s is right next door as is Burger King and mcdonald’s. There is also a fun dive bar across the street (the Red Eye Bar). While I can’t rate this hotel 5 stars, it was it exactly what we required and fit the budget. Good times in Sioux Falls!

We had problems with the toilet, it wouldn’t flush properly. We told someone and they said they would send someone over to come check it out. Later a guy did come by and we told him what was going on, he then proceeded to say “okay I will let them know” this was the last thing we ever heard of them. The toilet never got fixed. Also the bedsheets had stains on them. The bathroom sink didn’t work either and it was dirty. Not very satisfied with this stay :(
