Check in was efficient. Room was adequate and bed was comfortable. Room heater was noisy and not terribly efficient. Noise level changed constantly and even growled at certain points in the cycle.

I don’t mind that the room, bathroom, and furniture are dated — with this budget, the room size is decent. But the place fails to provide basic essentials. Heating / A/C: No proper heat. The A/C is a huge, noisy unit mounted just 5 feet above the bed and plugged into the wall manually — not a professional setup. The bed is only 2 feet away, so my husband nearly hit his shoulder on it. We had to turn it off because it was too loud, and the room became freezing (it’s November in Squamish!). Bathroom: No ventilation. Steam from the shower brought out a musty, moldy smell. Breakfast: Very poor quality — better not offer it at all. Security Deposit: They charged CAD100 at check-in, saying it was only a “hold,” yet my bank showed it as a purchase. When I extended one more night, they charged another deposit, holding CAD200 total. They claimed the first was refunded, but it still hasn’t been released. I even got sick after staying there — cough, fever, likely from the freezing room. Overall, this place is far below standard in both facilities and management. I would never stay here again for work or personal travel.

Poor

No heat in room, hot water in shower was just above luke warm. Was offered another room if water temp did not change but was ok in morning and thats when i noticed the heat was not working. Breakfast layout was poor. Hot water provided but no cups, butter provided no spreading knife. This is common sense stuff people. Get it right

Disappointing hotel at the price

The hotel is in a good location with free parking opposite. We were in room 1 which is next to the bar area. This was really noisy until closing time with loud music and TVs. We could have taken part in the pub quiz from our bed. The rooms are adequate but dated, the shower makes a terrible loud noise when running. The bed was however comfortable Breakfast was very poor, something you'd expect from a backpackers 20 years ago. At £200 a night this was a very poor hotel, we wouldn't come back or recommend, a refund would be more appropriate

Building has an alcohol base smell to it. Rooms and floor felt moist. No fan in the bathroom. Discount for Inn guests at the restaurant for food. Parking right outside of the Inn.
