I have stayed at this hotel several times now and it is what I call cheap and cheerful. But I think it is time to spend a bit more money updating the property. This time, I stayed in the same room as last time (6 months ago). The towel rail is still broken. The stench of sewage still comes up from the drain in the bathroom. The shower is VERY nice with excellent water pressure but the drain cannot handle that much water so water spills all over the bathroom floor. The place is very safe but the front door to the hotel room is light and flimsy. It could easily be kicked in. The bathroom door is old and stained. I love the swimming pool and the close proximity to a lovely beach. But it's time this property got some love and affection!

CHEAP AND CHEERFUL - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Let's not get crazy! You can't pay 3-star prices and expect a 5-star hotel, right? This resort is somewhat dated so don't expect The Ritz. Rooms are usually clean, functional and comfortable. I have stayed many times at this resort because it is only steps from an amazing beach. The property also has a very large pool which I absolutely love. Room service is a little expensive but it is quite nice. My latest stay included breakfast which was very simple but adequate. I will be back!

LACKED POLISH THIS TIME AROUND!

I had stayed at this property five months earlier and absolutely loved it so I went back. I enjoyed my stay but there were definitely some issues this time around. My first room had a leaking basin where all the water went on the floor. They were quick to change me to another room and that had a leaking hot water unit right above the toilet. Scalding water dripping down. The third room they put me in was lovely. Rooms here are what I would call basic. It is not cutting edge modern and new. Rooms here are cheaper for a reason. You can't pay a lower price and expect a five-star hotel. Rooms are (usually) functional and clean. I love the little, outdoor sitting area. The pool is absolutely fantastic. It is huge and incredibly deep. The property also has beach frontage which is lovely. My booking said breakfast was included. The hotel staff were very kind and showed me their paperwork from hotels.com which said breakfast was not included. This was not necessarily the fault of the hotel. I am currently taking up this matter with hotels.com. Room service is exceptionally good and incredibly cheap. No rip-off rates for room service at this resort. Although I did ask for a salad without cucumber and it came loaded with cucumber. Staff were quick to change it over. I would recommend this property but don't expect miracles for the price you pay. It's not fair to pay a three-star price and expect a five-star hotel.

Sinteticamente: 1)prima di tutto un grande ringraziamento a tutto il personale preparato ,cortese e sempre disponibile. 2) ottima struttura, forse un pochino datata 3) camere molto grandi specie nella versione "chalet" con patio ombreggiato esterno. Letto magnifico. 4) spazi comuni vasti e ben distribuiti 5) spiaggia immensa e pulita. 6) giardini curati . 7) costante pulizia e manutenzione . 8) facile da trovare con ampio parcheggio e logisticamente dislocata per tutte le destinazioni . Rapporto prezzo/prestazioni eccellente.

Falta de conservación.

Se observa falta de conservación en ciertos elementos, como la pasarela que da acceso al jacuzzi. Por lo general hotel cuidadoso con los detalles. Personal muy agradable y atento. No hay conexión wifi en todas las habitaciones, y en algunas no es muy buena. En el hall, el wifi va muy bien. El horario de piscina un poco escaso, pues dispone de jacuzzi al aire libre, y es una pena no poder disfrutar de la noche mientras te relajas. Buen buffet de desayuno, pero a la hora de pedir de menú, muchos de los platos no estaban disponibles. El estado y la limpieza de la habitación muy buenos. Lugar muy tranquilo para descansar y desconectar. Dispone de acceso a la playa. No se ha podido disfrutar mucho de ella por el tránsito de camiones por la playa, que además provocaban una polvareda molesta incluso en la propia piscina del hotel.
