Great spot for a weekend getaway

Hotel was nice, when booked said breakfast was included that was not the case and the food options were basic and underwhelming. Clean room, comfortable bed, warm and inviting staff. Would stay here again I’ll just plan on eating elsewhere.

First Summer Weekend in Nantucket

From information ahead of arrival to check in to hotel shuttle service and the too quick end to our weekend, the staff and accommodations were perfect. Friendly check in, helpful concierge information and great shuttle service met or exceeded everything we could've asked for. Even took advantage of the outdoor pool for some down time relaxation. Would highly recommend this spot to all.

Great amenities - tight rooms

Staying on Nantucket for the first time in a hotel and the Nantucket Inn met our expectations. The amenities are great and well maintained (clean et al). The staff is professional and friendly. The only drawback is the room itself - it’s just incredibly tight for a family like mine. There’s really just two beds, a chair and a small console for clothes. My wife, myself and our sons 7 & 6 were literally on top of each other while in the room. It didn’t matter much because we were fortunate to have good weather so we spent the days outdoors!

Beautiful property, thin walls

We stayed at Nantucket Inn for two days. The property is newly remodeled and beautiful. Check in was quick. Service good. Only issue was thin walls. A group of young women were in the room next two us. They were very noisy (partying after the bars closed). It was loud. Good news is that when I complained to the front desk, the staff intervened right away & addressed the problem. We would definitely stay again.

My favorite place to stay on Nantucket. Reasonable prices for the island, and access to everything. Beautifully renovated lobby / bar / pool area. Regular shuttles to the beach and town if you want, or a great starting point for exploring the bike trails. Great casual local eats either across the street at Crosswinds at the airport, Casa Real for Latin/Mexican, or quick sandwiches/ ice cream if you want to walk/bike 1 mile.

Wonderful staff. Poor rooms

Let first start by saying that the staff here were so lovely, friendly and always helpful. The lobby and main building have recently been updated and aesthetically appealing- furniture, color pallet, decor and eye for detail, all well done. Now, if the rooms reflected this level of upgrade I would be leaving 5 stars all around and would return however, The rooms were baron and sterile feeling with no accent pillows or artwork on the walls (such a small cost for a big return). Decks and grounds were lacking and not appealing at all. It seems they achieved what they were trying to do learning in gas through the beautiful updates of the main building and lobby to only be caught in a bait and switch with the rooms.
