Dive excursion

This hotel is consistently clean with helpful, friendly staff. The outdoor pool is huge! It’s close enough to walk in to town or a short cab ride. Nice to get picked up for diving I. The dock and breakfast starts at 7 to allow you time to grab some food if you want before diving.

El servicio es increíble, simplemente por la atención que tiene el personal a los huéspedes, volvería a escoger ese hotel. Las instalaciones son viejas, pero están muy bien cuidadas y el lugar está limpio. La comida no es su fuerte, tienen poca variedad en fruta y verdura fresca. El filete de pescado parecía tilapia de criadero. El ambiente es muy familiar y agradable, solamente una noche tenían el volumen muy fuerte algunos huéspedes en la alberca a las 10:30 P.M. Las instalaciones para personas con discapacidad son muy buenas, además me ayudaron, bajando las barras de Soporte a la altura universal, para que pudiera yo utilizarlas con facilidad y trasladarme de mi silla al escusado. Me ayudaron a ingresar al mar, mientras estuve ahí estuvieron muy pendientes de mí los salvavidas. Creo que pocas veces he dicho: “recomiendo muchísimo este hotel”

Obviously, you don’t come to Cozumel for the food at the all-inclusive resorts, but the food here was way better than any of the other all-inclusive resorts that we have stayed at in Cozumel! We stayed at the end of May to early June 2025. Older resort, but would definitely stay again! Can’t beat the price and the distance to town!

Angel, Gaby, Alexis and Nina were very easy to work with as my dive buddy experiences a serious medical condition. The staff was accommodating and supportive as we navigated the emergency. I would suggest that hotel management review their emergency response procedures to ensure info related to guest contacts is communicated to the hospital as well as the importance of a "rapid" transportation to the hospital should neurological deficits be suspected. The lack of WiFi in the room was slightly frustrating, but manageable. Overall, I would stay at the hotel again, and recommend it to others..

All of the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The entertainment crew was amazing! We had such a great time with them. The breakfast and dinner buffets were the best we’ve ever had at a Cozumel resort. The poolside lunch was just as good and such a huge hit to be able to get out the pool, order, and eat without having to go anywhere else.

Aillin was an amazing bar tender. So sweet and helpful. A couple bar tenders by the pool seemed less than thrilled to refill drinks. The bar we enjoyed the most was the ocean bar. Most were very helpful. The breakfast was cold even if we got there before 8. The lunch at the pool was always picked over by birds and the staff doesn’t do enough to keep them away or off the food. The birds were also on the breakfast items when it was outside. I don’t think the heating elements were working to keep the food items at a safe temperature. Overall, we will come again! We have been there 3 times already. Love the snorkeling!

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly - esp the workers and the cooks on the buffet (we were getting hugs goodbye when we had to leave and they took really good care of us) The only thing we noticed was out by the pool they need more servers and it needs to be more efficient. Its along way from where the outdoor grill/eating area is to where the drinks are picked up and there was only one server most of the time so they had to walk back and forth a lot and it made it slow for the food coming out to the table (and it was a long walk for the server as well) Plus there weren't any servers walking around the pool taking drink orders. Thats my only complaint - everything else was great and we are looking forward to coming back. The price was great.
