Dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in.

Filthy, mold, smelled of mold, no maid service, blood stained towels and linens, asked for service and ignored. Will complain to health dept.The outside light was directly above our window and was shining into our room
Refrigerator had mold,dirt and dust all along the gasket.
Toilet was not clean. He said he would clean it
Mold all along the floor by the tub
Dirt on the bathroom floor. I cleaned some with a Lysol wipe I had with me.

Im sure its hard to keep a hotel of this size fully maintained. My room was musty, itchy, and hot when i checked in. Its a smaller town and i need to stay there when i do, and i will again next year. The old guy is a hard worker and maybe under staffed. Maybe turn the ac on when the room is booked out...idk i work on cars. Id still give you a 4/5 just for being there...the other one is haunted. Id feel better abouy paying $150 a night if it wasnt musty.

Softball team stayed here and multiple parents complained of the cleanliness of rooms. Our styrofoam coffee cups in room were dirty. Clipped toenails on back of toilet. No available outlets to charge phones. No USB outlets. Breakfast was slim. Would be nice to have a fruit and/or yogurt option. Will not recommend staying here.

Sleepy hotel that produced a convenient stay during a 4th of July visit for Annandale's festivities. Check-in was a bit different in that no one was staffing the front with a message to call for assistance. Not a huge deal as a gentleman answered and said he'd be right out. Breakfast was cold fair and quick something before hitting the road. room was excellent.

The person at check in qas incredibly rude. He didn't want to give me a receipt. We did travel with 2 cats. He was very curt. The room was ok. The cloth shower curtains had stains. The sheets also had yellow stains on them. The housekeeper this morning was so kind and helpful! She should be the front desk agent.

The room was fine with the exception of the shower head almost clogged with mineralization. The hall to the room was nasty smelling but fortunately the room was ok. The breakfast was minimal.

The front desk staff was amazing helping me to ewnauee we had ajoining rooms once we were checking in. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were great as we had a situation where our two year old locked himself in one of the ajouning rooms and the door was padlocked and security locked. The maintenance man came back in and got our terrified grandson out. Everyone was wonderful in this scary situation.
