The staff and location were excellent. From the concierge, Jacqueline, and the rest of the staff the service was top-notch. The restaurant was excellent, and the deck had gorgeous view. I would recommend to anybody wanting to stay at a beautiful location.

WOW! What a beautiful hotel. We booked a romantic getaway and were very pleased with the excellent care and service from the entire staff. The restaurant was phenomenal, clean, and had a great vibe with ocean views. Steps lead right to the beach. Top mentions are for Andy, Orchidea and Jacqueline. Their services and recommendations for local places to eat and visit were TOP notch! Our only complaint (very minor) is that the hotel is inside a national park which means you need 2 bracelets at all times and a valid hotel reservation to enter the park after hours (not the hotel's fault). Other than that, We will visit again and it is an excellent place to stay.

This was my second time staying at Mezzanine and I can say that I’d stay there again and again! Such a beautiful, quiet space with amazing staff. Felt so relaxed and comfortable here. You also can’t beat the view and proximity to the ocean! I’ll be back again someday.

Abbiamo passato una splendida ma breve vacanza in questo Boutique Hotel. La struttura si trova all'interno del Parque del Jaguar, un'oasi protetta e sicura. Il personale è super cordiale e disponibile. Il ristorante è spettacolare con una fantastica vista mare dove abbiamo fatto colazioni all'alba e aperitivi al tramonto. Il cibo è altrettanto buono, di base è Thailandese ma ci sono anche specialità Messicane (i tacos con il pulled pork sono speciali). Noi, avendo passato solo 4 notti, abbiamo optato per la soluzione più economica (ma neanche tanto) con la camera senza vista e senza finestra: unico consiglio che mi permetto di dare è di dotare questa tipologia di camera di una grande finestra per fare entrare luce naturale. Nel complesso siamo stati benissimo e ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie a tutto lo staff per questi giorni estremamente rilassanti. ps: altro consiglio, fate pulizia delle alghe sulla spiaggia come fanno le altre strutture.

It’s beautiful inside the national park. However this is not a 5 star property. It’s nice, quiet, beach accessible property for a night. The ruins are pretty close by. The shuttle helps you go up and down in the national park. If you want anything party scene, you have to go to the other side of the town. About the experience at the property - few things 1. The service is good 2. The breakfast/coffee basket that they provide is very underwhelming. The milk is given in glass jar and left outside for an hour. The coffee became cold. It was not something I expected from an hospitality industry. 3. The Thai restaurant is very slow, took forever to prepare our lunch and our taxi left, they didn’t even inform us.

Set in calm and relaxed surroundings

Small boutique hotel with 9 rooms set in the controlled Jaguar national park. Setting is relaxed and calm, so don't expect a vibey party atmosphere. Great for honeymooners and couples that want a relaxing holiday with beach access. Bear in mind you will need to pay an entry fee into the park daily, for upkeep of park infrastructure.

This boutique hotel is beautiful and intimate. The staff are so amazing and attentive. Extremely helpful with everything we needed. We had challenges like our cellphones not working with WhatsApp with communicating with our tours and transportation and Jaqueline and Orquidia were guardian angels just calling and setting up all our arrangements everyday making sure we had our wrist bands, our transportations and made our visit run smoothly during our entire week stay in Tulum. The Thai restaurant was so delicious and the ambiance and dim lights and decor at night made it very romantic and calming. The daily coffee delivered in a cute basket was delicious. We took the basket with us every morning to watch the sunrise right in front of mezzanine hotel. The private beach access is so peaceful with not a lot of people on the beach so really relaxing. The hotel has lovely hammocks and swings that we enjoyed during our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is very well kept and maintained. I loved feeling very safe because the entrance to the private hotels like mezzanine stops everyone in the front entrance of the national park to ensure safety with the military security standing on guard so I knew I was in a safe environment . The sunhats, beach bag, umbrella and water thermos that come with the room are so useful to have for everyday beach lounging. It’s a nice touch they have in all the rooms. El hotel es pequeño pero muy lindo, el restaurante delicioso, caro pero vale la pena, las habitaciones super bien y los detalles que tienen super apreciables. Lo único malo es que a pesar de ser una reserva la playa tiene basura y nadie se ocupa de limpiar nada.
