The hotel itself is great—clean, well-maintained, and with just the right amenities. Its central location is also a big plus. However, I experienced a major issue with billing. I was mistakenly charged twice for my entire stay. While I did receive a partial refund, the remaining amount has still not been returned despite numerous follow-up emails over several weeks.
It’s extremely difficult to reach their accounting or finance department as there is no toll-free number, and I have already incurred additional costs from long-distance calls. This situation has caused me a great deal of inconvenience, and I strongly request a full refund of the remaining amount. I hope the management can address this matter promptly to improve their customer service.
