The staff was excellent very helpful and very kind. The air condition wasn’t working perfect, but they managed to make it work. Stayed for 5 wonderful nights ,hotel located perfect, in the historical Alexandria City Center 180 to the sea. The staff are very friendly and knows eactaly how to make hers customers satisfy. Kindness,Respectfulness, Service-Minded Personality,Professionals always find solutions to your problems and try to answer you every singel question just to make you staisfy. We absolutely loved Alexandria, but our stay at the Cherry Maryski Hotel was a terrible experience. Check-in took a frustrating 45 minutes at 3:30 a.m. The three staff members at the front desk seemed entirely preoccupied with a single family ahead of us, treating our arrival as an afterthought. Once we finally received our key, the bellman insisted on escorting us to our room—despite the fact that we were carrying our own two backpacks and he never offered to help. He then demanded a tip, and when we declined, he shouted at us. Unfortunately, the worst part was the room itself. It reeked of mold and had a strong musty odor, compounded by a harsh chemical smell lingering in the hallway. The carpet was absolutely filthy—easily the most disgusting we’ve ever encountered. Noise levels were unbearable, and not just from outside; The pool’s water quality was questionable —pigeons were literally drinking from it. Throughout our stay, we encountered several other annoyances, including a painfully slow checkout process and consistently sluggish service. This hotel seriously detracted from an otherwise wonderful trip. I'm short, stay somewhere else...

My bad experience

As I stayed in that hotel for 10 days (with 2 reservations) my first was as 2 persons in 1 room starting Oct. 31 till Nov. 7 but my daughter who was supposed to join me didn't come only on Nov. 4th & not stay long only 2 nights, as I need to extend my stay I did second reservation till Nov.10 at 1 person for 3 nights .... on my checkout morning they told me I didn't have the room with breakfast & they will charge for that only one I was so surprised that behavior as I pay for high rate on the beginning to reserve the room for 2 but it was in fact only me alone for 4 nights until my daughter's arrival ..... I suppose the should consider that before they ask me to pay for only one breakfast or at the start of the second reservation they should notify me for that point on my reservation to be aware for. On the other side the design of bathroom (toilet) was so bad and difficult to use especially for me as an Oldman, they had to consider that when they fix the room for me. Overall it was a very bad experience to stay at that hotel because of its location which was differs than what shown on the website.
