This was our second stay here. We were here 2 years ago, also. This place is a reasonably nice hotel that is conveniently located. There were some initial issues with our room, but they rectified them in short order and all was well after that. This is a small and quiet hotel. They have a nice pool and a small restaurant. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Izamal.

Lo que destaca es la ubicación 100%, si ésta es tu prioridad, será la mejor opción. Viajé sola y me sentí segura. Es tranquilo, y tener en cuenta que es una propiedad antigua, colonial, y mi habitación se sentía algo vieja y fría, vacía, pero limpia, cumplió el objetivo de descansar, pasear, y tener aire acondicionado. Las chicas en recepción muy amables y me apoyaron consiguiendo taxi para tomar el tren Maya. La tarifa fue justa y estoy satisfecha con la experiencia. Muchas gracias.

Easy to walk around. Half of the staff really nice the the other half unfriendly. The room we got (suite 100 had an unfinished floor which is no big deal but it was quite noisy and there are lots of mosquitos in the room eating you alive.
