The staff was absolutely fantastic but the hotel itself needs some work. The woman at the front desk got me sorted in no time despite Hotels.com failing to send the reservation to them.
The elevator is quite rickety and the door doesn't close sometimes, requiring manual intervention that regulars seem to be aware of suggesting it's been like that for a while. When we got up to our room, our key card didn't work but come to find out the card reader just needed a new battery. Not only did the employee in the hall immediately notice we were having issues and offered to help, but he also then immediately informed the hotel of the dying battery and had someone up to replace it in little time. The room was fine although the A/C was a bit loud.
