Good for the price

We did a basic room and it had a musty smell. We brought an air purifier which helped the air quality by a lot. The blankets had us itchy all night, so I would probably bring my own blanket next time to ensure I am not itchy.

Deceiving

I feel very disappointed by my experience with this choice of hotels. The website shows beautiful looking fully equipped cabins!! NOT WHAT WE GOT!!! Old Outdated! No microwave in room. Broken coffee maker. One old beaten up bedside lamp. The ceiling lamp was filthy. The outlets in the room ( two in room/one in bathroom ) were so stripped out my husband had to prop his boot to the cord to charge his phone. When I inquired about the new cabins onsite. I was told I could have one for an additional $200.00 a night! We were not happy with this location and will never stay there again!

Terrible stay

Family of 4 arrived , at the hotel, they only privided 2 patio chair and reception said thats all we are getting unless some rooms are vacant and we can take their seats...patio is not even cleaned. Cob webs everywhere ,,not so very welcoming. Next day we asked fir roon service, went to the island just to get back in an untouched room,, nothing is cleaned out nor replenished( cups, soaps and etc)

The front desk service was a little rude and when checking in we thought we rented cabins offline and it was not the cabins so online when ordering room service this it is misled and also we need to fix things in the water park things are broken and staff does not fix them for you

Outdated

The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel was outdated and a little ran down. The water park was a nice addition, but the water was cloudy and the abundance of chemicals burned our eyes. We stayed in the hotel section, so maybe the cabins were better.

Bathroom needs work

Great area for shopping & dining! Priced well. The room (we weren't in the cabins) seemed very clean - not so much as a dust bunny anywhere! The bathroom... definitely not up to par! There was a very strong urine smell & the vent/fan was broken. The room was cute as can be and really spacious. Beds were VERY comfortable! Adding a microwave would be nice. Our only complaint was the strong odor in the bathroom.

Cabin was breath taking

The honeymoon jacuzzi room was ok. There was room for more cleanliness and air that worked better. The raccoon that was in the ceiling was a little funny but kept us up all night. We moved to the actual cabin and were very happy and wish we had got that from the start. Very roomy and all around amazing. The staff was super friendly and willing to help you. They were super amazing and very happy. You don’t get that kind of kindness these days and it was nice. You can walk to almost everything as well as the beach across the street with fore pits and chairs is awesome! Will definitely return and get the cabin again

Will not stay there again

First room was musty smelling. Carpet was detached from the corners and wallpaper was buckling on the wall. Upgraded for a fee to their chalet. The floor was uneven and also smelled musty. Noticed hair under the pillow on the bed. Disappointed in the up keep of the property.

Don't stay here , better choices in the area.

There was 3 couple's and 3 rooms. 1st room had ants and had to change rooms. 2nd room had a floor that was about to fall in, slow draining sink, stained bed covering, overall dirty. 3nd room seemed to be ok. Pictures are not the room's we had. They are NOT all cute cabins. We stayed 3 days but should have moved to a different place. Lots of better choices. Very disappointed.

So-so

We were a little shocked to find out we were not in an actual cabin, but more of a motel dressed up like a cabin. The check in man was less than friendly. However when we had to leave a day early due to an unexpected death in our family, the check out man was kind and did agree to refund one nights stay, because we were leaving. The room was dated and in need of minor repair (cracks in the walls in the bathroom) and the tub & surround was a dated blue color BUT it was clean. Except for my daughter’s bed sheets which had 2 old blood stains. Would we stay here again? Probably not. But it was ok for the one night we were there.

Rather camp

If you want to stay at a clean, comfortable place- don’t stay here. The only thing it has going for them is that it’s convenient to the ferry and allowed pets but we paid almost 600$ for a family of 6 …. One step up from camping.
