We are heavy travelers and always avoided the economy hotels for years. This motel six was very clean and the staff were amazing. The only issue was the pillows were like a sleeping on a rock resulting in a tremendous headache. All in all a good stay

Pros: cheap and overall safe. Cons: tiny rooms, hard beds, our room had not been swept as evidenced by our dog finding somebody's leftovers on the floor as soon as we made it inside, roaches in the bathroom, smelled of cigarettes (even though they threaten you with an extra fee if you smoke in the room), chased us down to tell us that pit bulls and pit bull mixes aren't welcome (but they "graciously" made an exception with a warning that if she's disruptive we'd have to leave, the chihuahua's a few rooms over were far more yappy and mouthy than our dog was), one bed didn't have a blanket only sheets and a coverlet that had holes and cigarette burns in it Overall if you need somewhere that allows *certain* pets, this might work for you. We won't be back obviously.
