The front desk staff was very unprofessional. We got to our room, and they had the a/c blasting. Once we turned it down, we discovered the reason. The room smell was awful. Upon pulling back the sheets the beds were dirty. We were also placed on the side of the hotel right next to a very loud road. There were no channels on the tv. I could access the guide but a malfunction I presume prevented us from watching anything, I called the front desk to ask for help, in which she replied, I will talk to my manager and or send someone to fix it. Thirty minutes later, no call no show. The carpet was filthy, so we decided to check out. When we went to check out, there was a different front desk receptionist, by her voice, the same one I spoke with on the phone. I asked for a refund for all of the issues. When she rolled her eyes and said, "I'll ask my manager" I just walked out. No point in arguing with someone that couldn't manage to help with a television, let alone arguing for a refund. Very disappointed to say the least. I will be calling Hilton
