Loud window ac. Bright outdoir lights keep the room semi lit all night as pull down blinds did not fully cover the windows. Nice and friendly staff. Several parking spots had portable storage containers. Slight mold in shower and dirty bathroom flooring.

The room was absolutely disgusting, floor hadn’t been cleaned, sheets were dirty, the mattress had blood stains on it, the towels were stained and smelled like mildew. There was no remotes for tv or heater. When I went to talk to the gentleman about the condition of the room, he laughed at us and said that it is what it is and that there is other hotels if we were unhappy. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!

The picture that they use for this motel have to be random stock photos. The motel itself is rundown and sad. We opened the door to our room and were smacked in the face with a smokey / garbage smell. I looked at the tiny room and listened to all the noise outside and knew we wouldn't be able to relax at all. I found the Black Mountain Inn and luckily they had a room available. I'm in disbelief that Travelodge and Wyndham do not check on "their" properties. I really am going to fight for a refund.

Room was unclean and smelled strongly of urine. It was not habitable. Several people congregated outside the room next door loudly. We left after 10 minutes. I thank Expedia for the refund, but suggest removing this motel from your listing.

Omg. The dirtiest place I have ever stayed, upon check-in, I was greeted by a man that had a T-shirt on that said “best farter I mean, best father” so that was pretty yuck, Everything is dirty and slimy, this is not a normal and Experian shouldn’t have it on the site. Enjoy my pictures ok?!
