2/10 Poor

The people who work there were very nice. No coffee, dirty pool, dirty rooms not inviting Would never stay again

1st room the sink leaked and the floor was filthy. 2nd room was better but sheets not really clean (stained) and only 1 thin blanket. Heating in room did not work so temp was in the 60’s with no engineer on site to service.
Graham, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Needs improvement on cleanliness but good motel.

First room we were given was not cleaned and had previous visitors trash and used blankets on the bed. The second room we were given had a strong smell of urine in the room and restroom. Other than the cleanliness the motel was affordable and had a great location within distance to the freeway and city experiences.

I did not stay there. I left at check in. The person at the counter was rude and uncaring. After the interaction, I chose to leave and find accommodations somewhere else.

Russell

Pool area furniture, sidewalks, floor mats outside room doors all filthy. Room not too bad but mold on walls around shower stall and floor. Room was very basic which was fine but can hear a lot of talking during the night from adjacent room and water pipe noise when nearby rooms used the sink or shower.

Not the best

We did not have a good stay . Our heat was broken and shower was moldy , the WiFi didn’t work and my wife had a terrible allergic reaction to animal hair even though rooms were pet free. It is now 2 days later and my wife’s eye is still severely swollen .

The pool was the safest and best part though I did not get in. One inch gape under door, advertised breakfast not "pick an item" Not limited amenities, no amenities
Gape under door

Home made ice bucket

8/10 Very good

Everything was great, with the exception of the huge hole in the driveway between the office and the rest of the property. Staff and the room were both great!

Great place to get away from the weather and a good place to stay. Comfortable. Great for the price. Great place when needed.

Horrible beds, front desk won’t pick up, phone number to hotel doesn’t work. Got stuck outside for over 40 minutes at 340am in the morning!! Would not recommend this hotel.

Definitely will never be back. There was drug addict weird Hispanic males following me to my room asking if I wanted to do drugs. Never again very scary couldn’t even sleep had to drive home half drunk. If I would’ve know how many low life’s you had around your motel I would’ve never paid 150$ for a terrible room.
Zahann, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

I booked through expidia back in May. I received a confirmation and notifications above the upcoming booking. When I arrived the hotel had no evidence of my booking even though I showed the confirmation. Thankfully there was a spot for us available but it was filthy and smelled of cigarettes. The environment was very poor dirty and not very safe.

There is a rare innocence about the business dealings I entertained with the front desk people there just as these things ought to be
Herb, 1-night trip

Nice place. Asked the office for an iron and an ironing board so I could iron my dress shirt, but they only had an iron (no ironing board), so I had to figure out how to iron my shirt without producing more wrinkles. Also, I expected there would be shampoo in the room but there wasn't.
