Worst experience ever.

The first room we were given had cockaroches we saw immediately when we walked in. We requested a new room and the bedding was all stained and dirty. When I requested for the bedding to be changed the main in the office told me “I don’t know how to make you happy! I don’t know we can do that!” My answer was that all I wanted was a clean room nothing else. I ended up asking for a refund and leaving immediately. I will never return to this place. Horrible conditions in the rooms and the staff was not pleasant at all.

Cool if your into cat piss and gear grease.

The manager was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Walked into a room reeking of cat urine and grease chunks in the floor. Asked for another room immediately after discovering how bad it was and was interrogated by the same supposed manager as she said she needed to come physically inspect the room. Upon doing so she proceeded to blame my fiancée and myself of creating the issue and denied giving us another room. I said we will accept a full refund or another room and she said she’d refund but to get everything out of the room first. After all that, I learned we had to contact hotels.com to get a refund. Still going through that process but hopeful they will accomadate as we had to pay for another room elsewhere.

We stayed here for a 3 day soccer tournament the room is not terrible. The shower curtain needs to be replaced ASAP surprisingly it wasn’t noisy. Most motel 6 hotels are noisy. We didn’t get room service. Parking is free. It’s ok! Not terrible like some of the reviews.

Complete Disappointment!

Cleanliness of the building was terrible and the room was even worse. Room was not clean, not designed for people with mobility issues. Too many things to mention regarding the room that were not acceptable. Vending machine room only open twelve hours per day and the ice machine was out of order for the entire time we occupied the premises. Elevator was a disaster too. Not a good experience and my expectations didn’t come close to being met either! We won’t be back to stay at this location again!

To be expected really

The office phone didn't work so I couldn't inform them of my arrival time. The room was the smallest motel room ever. There was no soap provided. The grounds were dingy. The shower floor stained. The door to the bathroom was very large and opened into the already small room.

Needs improvement.

Cost wise it was okay, however there is a deposit that the website doesn’t state there is and when you asking the person checking you in she stated I’m not sure why it doesn’t say that on the website but it’s cheaper than most places. The cleanliness was bad there was acrylic nails from previous people on the windowsill, horrible odor coming from the bathroom, the shower was dirty, there was blue painters tape holding pieces that seemed to be falling off in place. The place was over all very dirty. We stayed a few days & weren’t offered towels or any room service during the stay. You get a very uneasy feeling staying there. It was a last minute quick trip so wasn’t expecting much but we definitely won’t be staying there again.
