One really big problem for this hotel is the room super damp. The whole bed and pillows are super damp. Whatever you put in that room the next day you will feel so damp too, like the clothes you hanging there, even the toilet paper you can feel little damp too. Also, there's No FREE breakfast even It's said on Expedia, the FREE breakfast is only for their members otherwise you will pay $10 for each time.

Someone stole my food out of my fridge in my room I was very upset had them change my room the first room they gave me the key someone was in there sleeping I walked in so I had to walk back to the desk for another room I then ended my stay earlier then I was supposed to because of the situation at hand never again I was not accommodated

The staff was fine although I had minimal interactions with them, and the room was fairly clean. There was dust and debris here and there. The TV didn’t work, there was rust on just about every metal fixture, and the tub looked rough. The beds were pretty worn in. Both sides dipped significantly. I felt like I had to sleep in the middle of the bed if I didn’t want to roll off of it. My biggest problem with my room was the false advertising. My room looked nothing like the photos. They either photoshopped the photos a lot or they really staged up a room and took photos. Everything in my room was very old. That wouldn’t bother me quite so much if I knew that’s what I was getting in the first place. False advertising sets high expectations and low satisfaction. I will not be staying here again.

Room was big and clean. We had paid for a king bed but Hotels.com didn't pass along my note that I'm disabled so they gave a room on the 3rd floor! As soon as I found out, I told the front desk and they changed me to a 1st floor with 2 queen beds. Very nice person on the front desk.

Atendimento solícito na chegada. Ainda não recebi o estorno da garantia do cartão. Não tem café da manhã. Limpeza ok. O quarto é OK. É só para dormir nada demais. Piscina não usei. parecia ser boa. Cama muito ruim, mole demais. Estacionamento aberto, sem cobrança. Sem taxa de resort.
