O Village Barra é muito bem localizado. As instalações do hotel são muito boas, os quartos são amplos e os banheiros também. A vista do mar, dos quartos de luxo, é excepcional. A recepção funciona muito bem. Os funcionários são gentis e prestativos. Os atendentes do restaurante, da piscina e da praia são todos muito simpáticos, quando aparecem. É muito difícil encontrar um. E são muitos. Mas, vivem em bandos, sempre em lugares onde não se pode vê-los facilmente, em conversas animadas. Se o hóspede vai ao bar de piscina, eles estão no balcão. Se vai ao restaurante, eles estão na cozinha. Mas, quase nunca estão circulando. Faço exceção para o Cauã Moreira, garçom muito atencioso, educado e presente. O Village Barra é um ótimo hotel, que frequento sempre que posso. Para o transfer de e para o aeroporto, bem como para passeios, peça indicação na recepção do hotel. Eles me indicaram a cooperativa de táxis da Barra de São Miguel, que atende com presteza e segurança

O quarto escolhido foi o luxo, frontal mar, no entanto, o banheiro necessita de modernização, já q se observa a presença de limo e crostas pelo tempo de uso, não obstante uma boa limpeza diária pela arrumadeira. A internet da TV deixa muito a desejar. Por várias vezes nao conseguimos assistir a canais de streaming.
