Highly Satisfied

This place looks better in person than in the photos. Very clean. The room was comfy. bed had 5 pillows. The indoor heated pool was clean and very relaxing. Towels were provided pool side.

It does the job

It was perfect for two nights for the Jeep Invasion. Provided a bed to sleep, just what we needed. Breakfast was slim and could use several more items.

DISAPPOINTED

Issue with check-in. There is no back of the hotel. Pictures looked as though if you paid extra for the balcony, it would be looking over the river. Ice machine was out if order. Breakfast wasn't as expected. Can't get into the lobby until 7 to get coffee. All doors to lobby were locked and women said the doors wouldn't open until 7. I needed to check out but couldn't. Was leaving at 6:30am.

Good hotel but unfriendly staff

The hotel was nice and clean; however, the front desk service was not so good. The front desk clerk was not very friendly, even commented that she should have stayed at home that day. The card key to our room stopped working twice, and we had to go to the front desk for assistance. The lady was rude. I am not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but that was no reason to make guests feel like they are a bother when it's YOUR JOB! The second time it stopped working, we left, thinking maintenance would take a look, and the second desk clerk scolded me for not being in my room when they came.

A Nice Getaway

Property is older but very clean. The staff especially at check in were very helpful. The only real negative would be the included breakfast, it was adequate but it seemed strange to not have any fruit offered. Also as a tea drinker there was no hot water available. Not a huge deal but something that could be a quick cheap fix.

Preis-Leistung war ok, nicht für länger

Ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon mit Sicht auf den Fluss. Der Balkon war nicht sehr einladend. Zimmer war aber sauber, Kühlschrank und TV vorhanden. Auf dem Nachbargrundstück wurde gerade gebaut. Der Innenpool war klein, aber soweit ok. Der Aussenpool liegt direkt zur Hauptstraße., war aber recht groß und wirkte sauber. Zum Titanic Museum kann man laufen, ebenso zum Hard Rock Café. (Ca 12-15 min) Für eine Nacht war es ok. Rezeption war nicht sonderlich bemüht und auskunftsfreudig. Frühstück war typisch, es gab keine große Auswahl. Der Ort selbst ist voller Attraktionen, speziell für Kinder, man kann viel unternehmen und gut Essen und Trinken.

Anniversary stay.

We have stayed here before. Rooms are clean and have a good view. Floors in hall needed a good cleaning but the room was good. Its was quiet rooms. The location is in the middle of the strip. The river walk was really nice lots of chairs by the water. Will stay here again.
