Banheiro horrivel e descaso

Cheguei e fui atendida normalmente, paguei o estacionamento por fora como ja haviam informado anteriormente. Mas nao avisaram q a acomodacao seria diferente das fotos apresentadas. O atendente me falou que a unica diferneca seria q o box era de cortina. Mas quando entrei no quarto, e fui verificar, a cortina q tem nao fecha todo o box q é em L , o chao nao tem disnivel ou fechamento da area seca e area molhada, a tabua do vaso estava quebrada de um dos lados e a fechadura do banheiro esta solta caindo no chao a macaneta que fica do lado interno. ( todos os itens me demonstraram falta de cuidado ) . Liguei para recepção para dizer q nao me deparei so com a cortina e sim com essas coisas acima relatadas e ele disse q nao tinha jeito, que era o seu unico quarto. E que me cederia mais pano de chao. Um caos tomar banho e formar uma piscina no banheiro. Ridiculo, falta de higiene inclusive. Ao meu ver quebra algumas regras, principalmente que paguei por algo que nao sabia como seria e foge totalmente do apresentado nas fotos.

Boa localização

O hotel é muito bom, café da manhã com variedade, bem completinho, chuveiro bom, cama ok. Na questão da limpeza e manutenção que podem dar uma atenção maior ao banheiro (tinha um pouco de sujeira acumulada no box - onde estava fixada a borracha de travar a porta. Essa também estava toda solta, precisando ser colada novamente). No café da manhã, se chegava mais no final, só tinham copos de plástico para sucos/água. Tive que pedir o de vidro.

Hotel que já precisa de reforma, ainda possui quartos com ar condicionado antigo e barulhento, colchoes velhos já bem desgastados, os pontos positivos é os atendentes, o cafe da manhã justo e a localização, considerando o valor, acho um pouco caro pelo que entrega mas nessa região os hoteis são realmente mais caros

Boa estadia, localização excelente, quarto com uma ótima vista p a pedra da Gávea, ar condicionado funcionando muito bem, banheiro espaçoso e confortável, cafe da manhã bem completo, galera da recepção gente boa. O quarto precisa de uma atenção em alguns detalhes, como a mesa precisa de reforma, tomadas longe da cama de casal; tinha 1 tomada no quarto funcionando e outra no banheiro.
