I have had a very good stay at the Zip hotel. The friendly personnel go the extra mile to make you comfortable. There is a lot of compliments snacks to chose if in the lobby bar. The Seoul international university on the green nr 2 circular metro line is conveniently located three minutes walk from the hotel. There are many down to earth eateries in the immediate vicinity . A stay at this hotel will give you good value for your money.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was very disappointing. There was visible mold in several areas, and the entire building smelled strongly of smoke, which made the atmosphere quite unpleasant. The soundproofing was very poor, so it was difficult to rest due to constant noise from both inside and outside the hotel. In addition, there were many flies in the room, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The “self-service” breakfast had a very limited selection and did not meet expectations for this hotel category. Although the hotel is rated as a three-star property, in my opinion, it barely meets the standard of a one-star hotel. I would not recommend staying here until major improvements are made

Quiet and comfortable hotel close to Subway

I stayed for the weekend of a businesst trip. The room are quiet and clean, the staff is very polite. Wifi is very good. There is the possibility to make a simple but free self service breakfast with egg, bread, jam, cereals and coffee.

My hotel room was comfortable. The location was in an interesting area. The restaurant section. The hotel is not centrally located. Taxis are inexpensive in Seoul, so getting to the city center wasn't a problem. I recommend the Zip Hotel if you're looking for an affordable, clean, safe place to stay.

The Zip hotel is just off the main street and a very short walk to the metro and bus stop. Rooms are small (compared to an American hotel) as expected but had everything we needed. Not much in the way of a free breakfast but so many eating options within 1 block of the hotel. We had a great stay and would come back in the future. Very inexpensive too.

It was a very affordable property! The room was super nice! I recommended this place to a friend! The only ‘inconvenience’ is that there is one elevator, so you may be waiting a while but there are stairs located next to the front desk! The popcorn/water/tea/coffee/ice cream service was super nice! Especially with the hot weather we’ve been having! 4.8/5, would stay here again!

Unique additional floor, clean and good location

Room was unique, there are small upper floor with additional computer. I didn't use it but look good for couples. Other than that, location is good (near subway), room/bed/bathroom was clean. Bunch of amenities are available including tooth brush/paste, shave blade. Definitely will visit again.
