a couple weeks after Hurricane Erinn outer winds put water 4 feet high under the buildings. You cleaned up the sand and water really great and opened up for business right away

Beware of the job you signed on for

First, the view: Extraordinary! Hearing waves a big plus! Second, the beach: useless! Sandbags prevented enjoyment for any but the young and fit. Third,the service: NON EXISTENT! Surprises to learn that WE were the housekeeping staff required to remove and transport all linens and trash to 2 different locations down 4 flights without so much as a bag for laundry by 10 am check out time. At this price point: unacceptable!

It was ok

Didn’t realize our room was going to be on the 4th level (so many stairs). They should have had a questionnaire form about ability to climb that amount of stairs. It was so far out from the main attractions. Definitely a more relaxation spot!

Good location, on the beach. Very clean but I would say a bit overpriced. We had a king room facing the pool with the most gorgeous sunsets. You could see the fireworks on the beach from the Avon pier.

Clean and comfortable room with ease of access. We enjoyed the stay and felt safe and secure while on property. There are a few noise issues with people above you as they have no idea how loud they can be to the people below but not extremely concerning to us. The room was large and had space but could use a table and chairs of some kind. It only had a lounge chair which served as a luggage rack honestly. We liked it overall.

Liked hearing the waves crashing at night. The view was nice. Too many fisherman right in front of our area to enjoy the beach without worry of hooks and fishing line. Never did find a " lounge" Small room , but that was our choice.

Location was very nice, I was charged 2% extra as after getting confirmation from Expedia my card company not sure why declined the transaction. They said merchant provided incorrect details . And when I called property they took care of it with 2% additional charges. 1) Coffee. Provided in room was substandard (Really horrible) 2) Water in bathroom had weird smell So overall it was just OK
