A/C units for the rooms would be nice. Even though we stayed during the winter we couldn’t get the room to a comfortable temperature. We did utilize the fan that was in the room. However the fan was extremely loud. The other thing you don’t have control over is how you can hear everything through the walls. Other than that it was nice and convenient staying on main street with parking.

The hotel manager, Nancy, is unbelievable in terms of Customer Service and going above and beyond. I’ve never been to this hotel and just chose it randomly at the last minute and cannot believe how she has bent over backwards to make us comfortable and help us. My son was in a skiing accident in the area and was taken by ambulance to the hospital here and his dad and I who live out of state were flying here frantically to try to get to him, but were delayed with bad weather. Nancy, the hotel manager offered to go get him at the hospital when he was discharged and drove him in her personal car here to the hotel and got him settled into bed, hauling all his ski gear as well. And not to mention, but the hotel is charming and so lovely with a huge fireplace and lots of places to sit and relax, and just enjoy the fire and the snow falling outside. Amazing !

it is a great place to stay. Right in the heart of downtown Frisco. A couple doors down from great food and shopping. Friendly host and adorable hotel! Highly recommend.

The property, room, and staff were great! Will definitely stay here again. The only issue was the mattress was terrible… very thin and very very soft. Upgrade the rooms with decent mattresses and this place is 5 Stars all day.

A must stay if you are in the Frisco area. Comfortable, clean, attentive, nice touches. Wonderful common area. Guest focus and happiness is number 1 for Leah and Karen. THE place I will stay if back in the area.
