We told the front desk that we need room cleaning. No one came for cleaning. We also told the front desk before we left in the morning that we had no cleaned towels, shampoo and soap. We had no clean towels when we came back late evening.

Building was very poorly maintained. Cosmetic damage sloppily repaired or painted over. Bathroom was filthy. Hair from previous stays in the shower. Needed laundry facilities but half of the appliances were broken and the one washer could only handle a half load. Rust stained besides. Very disappointed with the whole package. It’s a “Quality Inn” which isn’t stated in the ad. Can’t believe Choice Hotels tolerates this.

Nobody was at front desk multiple times, so staffing was inadequate. The shower leaked, dripping water throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink (something could have easily fallen in). And the mattress pad was lumpy.

If you’re just looking for a bed to get your eight hours of sleep in, then this hotel will do. However, do not expect breakfast, do not expect coffee, and do not expect to be able to do your laundry. I don’t even know why this property has laundry listed as an amenity. It has two washing machines on site; one smells horrible like mildew, and the other is out of order. No coffee in the lobby even after multiple requests to have the coffee refilled or set out. The coffee in the dining room came out of machine and it was horrible tasting. We could not make coffee in our room because the coffee pot water reservoir was full of mold. It’s as if they took on an abandoned motel and decided to just try to run with it.

J’ai demandé s’il était possible d’être surclassé gratuitement à l’occasion de mon anniversaire de mariage On m’a fait comprendre que je n’étais pas avantagée du fait que ma réservation été faite par hôtel.com et j’avais l’impression d’être comme mal considéré pour cela, alors qu’en général car à cela on peut avoir des avantages L’hôtel était loin d’être complet et on m’a proposé de payer plus. Oui avions eu un problème avec la TV et j’ai souhaité appeler la réception et le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai du descendre Le Monsieur a pu nous mettre la Tv La Clim a fait un bruit très fort j’ai eu du mal à m’endormir et pour finir le petit déjeuner est vraiment minimaliste presque rien Pas de yaourt ni de fromage ou de fruits La chambre était propre mais vétuste avec frigo et micro-ondes ce sui est appréciable

Great location and room size for the money. Our dog was allowed for an additional fee which was well worth it. Large doors to a ground floor patio made it convenient to walk the dog and get to our vehicle. Very quiet with beautiful views. We decided to spend another night it was so relaxing and affordable.
