You gave me a room and room code to a suite that was already occupied. Then moved me to another room that does not lock. Then had me drive to another location to a third room that also does not lock and the A/C barely worked. All after dark by the way. No access to a microwave. Then my wristband timed out and I was locked out of my room and had to go back to the office to get a new one. It is incredibly dangerous to have rooms that do not lock and to have one passcode for each room. I could have easily broken in to another room since I had the key code or my room could have been broken into. Awful experience.
