This hotel is in a great location! I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It is very cool and modern inside. The restaurant is good, it has a coffee shop in the lobby, and the subway is a very short walk from the hotel. My room was beautiful, really clean, and had the cutest balcony! During my stay the hotel was having issues with their internet and I did not have WIFI/internet access during my stay. No one told me at check in when I arrived but they did tell me later that they had been having issues with the wifi all week. This meant I could not use my laptop or watch TV as the TV does not work without wifi. I also had an issue getting my digital key to work a couple of times. You do pay an additional "resort" fee for internet, the water bottles and coffee in room, and the gym. The front desk does not always answer the phone or respond to the text messaging option, which I thought was frustrating. The morning I was checking out the person working the front desk was the NICEST person. Very friendly, was very prompt responding to my text earlier in the morning, told me about the car service the hotel offers for rides to the airport and was very helpful taking my bags to hold for the day until my flight that afternoon. I wish I would have remembered to get his name because he definitely deserves mentioning. Though everyone working there was kind enough his friendliness and customer service was another level, and a nice change.

Beautiful room with surprising views of the city skyline. Right across the street from Old Friend. Isla & Co had some really well made cocktails and an excellent espresso martini tower. All in the area that I visit the most in NYC.

Absolutely beautiful room, friendly staff, and having a coffee shop downstairs was so nice. I felt like for the amount of space and the very ideal location, the price was well worth it. My husband was amazed at how great the view was. We got in 5 hours before checkin. I texted to ask if we could drop off our bags and they responded quickly that we could. We were pleasantly surprised to know that our room was ready when we got there at noon that we could go straight to our room. I’d saw for cons: we were on the 14th floor and could pretty clearly hear road noise (duh it’s NYC) but I do travel with a small white noise machine and it cleared everything out. Also the room did run a little warm. I wasn’t uncomfortable due to it still being cold out, but I would worry about the temp if it were warmer outside. This is likely also due to the room being almost solid windows and having a lot of light exposure. Overall I’d stay again for the view.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, just about a 10-minute walk from the heart of Soho and very well connected by subway. The view over the buildings was incredible — we especially loved the large floor-to-ceiling windows, which really allowed us to fully enjoy the city skyline. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on our next trip to New York.

The room itself was comfortable, however we did not have any heat OR hot water. There weren’t any available rooms to be moved to, so The front desk sent up blankets. When we went to speak to someone in the morning, we we’re informed that they were having issues with the HVAC and saw some other people reporting the same issues.

The cleanliness of the room. The hotel was freezing throughout. The HVAC didn't seem to be working properly. The restaurant was amazing food but it wasn't comfortable due to it being freezing in the restaurant

The digital key card had consistent issues. Got locked out of our room 3 times one at 12:30 in the morning which is extremely inconvenient. There was also issues with the heating and we stayed in the winter (It was 10 degrees) so our room was freezing the heat was completely off!!! Which is completely unsafe and uncomfortable in that kind of weather. If you want a stress free visit to NY do NOT book here. I also asked the front desk for the managers number after seeing reviews that other people had issues getting in contact with the hotel and no one had contact info for the manager. You’d think the staff should be able to contact the manager. I’m gonna continue to call the front desk even though they never answer in hopes of speaking with a manager about a refund. This hotel is poorly run. Unsatisfied with my stay.
