Great restaurant on property, coffeemaker in room (not always the case in NYC) easy check in. Lobby could use a little more seating but the restaurant provides space to gather. Great location for exploring to downtown and uptown, walking or subway. Solid restaurants and shopping not too far away

Not quite as pictured. Good location and easy to check in / out. Okay for the price but wouldn't book again. The TV in my room was broken and the room seemed extremely worn (lots of scuff marks on the walls). Didn't feel like the cleanest room - noticed a stain on one of the towels in the bathroom.

Hotel was wonderful & well priced. Wasn’t looking for amenities, as we wanted to explore the city. Staff was very welcoming & they offered free bag storage for the few hours we had between our checkout time & our departure. Room was very clean & good size for NYC. Convenient & safe location with great access to subway stations. I will definitely return.

The room was clean and well kept. The only critique's I would have is that we didn’t have any hand soap for the 2/4 days that we stayed there. We told the front desk staff and she told us she would report to the manager since they were out of stock but never heard back and ended up having to talk to someone else abo it. Also housekeeping kept forgetting to bring us towels for the floor and this was especially a problem because the shower would leak water. Lastly, the photos that are on the website aren’t the most accurate, they don’t look exactly like what you get which is misleading. The room was also pretty small and so was the bathroom. I don’t think it was worth the amount of money we spent. It wasn’t terrible, but I don’t think I’d come back.

Stayed in April 2026. Great stay for the price. But coffee machine didn’t work (coffee went into the pod receptacle) and ac/heat was so loud I turned it off at night. Also, there was no safe in the room. But loved the balcony and location and size of room. Little desk was just right.

The room was clean and quiet nice air conditioning overall nice but they didn’t have and WiFi at all in the building in the two days I stayed and I had to work on my my MacBook and couldn’t because of that nice place but held me back from working so I had to go to a café and work just unprofessional everything else was good nice area and close to the flatiron building and Harry Potter shop also would say that Times Square is around a 20 min walk from the hotel

I spent 4 nights at this conveniently-located hotel, just half a block away from Eataly Flatiron, one of my favorite eateries. The hotel has upgraded doors (digital), hallway carpets, showers and AC control, but dated furniture. Still, it was clean, comfortable and secure. Plenty of hot water and a roomy rain shower. The shower door had a slight leak, but not a deal breaker. The king bed was comfortable at first, but it was not memory foam, and I woke up the first morning with a stiff upper back. Pillows were all different sizes, but I actually preferred to mix and match. The room had a decent-size flat screen TV with Roku channels, a mini fridge and a safe, although the safe was bolted down, so it was basically useless. Being an older property, the light fixtures were kinda funky, but they all worked. The bed frame itself had under-carriage lighting, the kind you see on cars from "Fast & Furious". Swank! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that the hotel itself was in a busy, but not crazy, neighborhood. Great restaurant next door that was always full, which was a good sign. I would stay again.

Great location to all the main attractions. Only a few blocks from the Empire State Building. It’s about 30 minute walk north to Central Park and about the same south to Wall Street. Three different Subway lines with in a couple of blocks walk making the rest of the city easily accessible. Staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. Over all condition of the hotel was nice. The room did need a little bit of maintenance; a bulb out in the bathroom and loose door handle. But the over all cleanliness was good. Bed was big and the mattress was soft but did sag a little in the middle but this didn’t really detract from the over all comfort. Mini fridge in the room was useful to store water bottles and other perishable items. The room also came with a hair dry which was also useful. Over all the stay was good and I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel Henri is the perfect location to get around Manhattan. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was very clean and tidy, and a good size for two of us. The lighting in both the room and bathroom was not super ideal. The mirrors in the bedroom even had a dark tint to them, so it was hard to see any detail. The bed was ok, not super comfortable but we made do. Overall, this hotel is a good budget option and I would recommend if you’re looking for that option in a prime location.
