Lol, where do i start...there was so many issues. Everything we asked for when it came to lunch and dinner that was on the menu was not available or they ran out of. My room was "the quadruple mountain view" but there was no but trees. The bathroom was not in the room and also i asked for extra towels and they could not accommodate us with any new towels. The room was super tiny when we are a family of 4. I will never come here again.

Tuve una experiencia fantástica en este hotel, superó mis expectativas, incluso mejor de lo que muestran las fotos. Me sorprendió gratamente que cuenta con ascensor, algo poco común en los hoteles de Santa Fe. La terraza es espectacular, con una vista 360° de las montañas y la naturaleza que rodea el lugar, un paisaje inolvidable. Las dos piscinas son enormes y cuentan con hidromasaje, al igual que los jacuzzis, lo que brinda una experiencia de total relajación. También tiene baño turco. El desayuno fue delicioso y muy completo. Otro detalle que me encantó fue el bar junto a la piscina, súper cómodo porque puedes disfrutar de una bebida o un coctel mientras tomas el sol. La atención del personal merece un reconocimiento especial, todos son muy amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesites. Sin duda, un lugar hermoso que recomendaría sin pensarlo dos veces.
