We did not stay here. The owner asked my husband to cancel the booking online and pay the owner/handler in cash . Unfortunately , he is not the one who made the booking. They did not allow my husband and my 2 kids 9 &3 yrs old to stay . They waited from 3pm until midnight. But they did not let him in even if its paid already and a confirmation # is presented. The owner or whoever is the one handling this did not show up. So rude to think they never consider my kids.
I contacted expedia and reported this already.
Please be considerate next time . What if it happens to you or your family? Why we need to cancel it online and pay you in cash?
