The property is quite new (still upgrading). Phenomenal staff, very pleasant, helpful and attentive. It's the perfect place to just relax (pure R&R); great pools with priceless views of the mountains. The property is equipped with a restaurant, bar & cigar store. As for the room it gives a beach cottage feel when you walk in, with the wood furniture and white linens. Kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, stove top and a coffee machine. Private parking available. Safe to walk around off property. Beautiful private beach, not walking distance, need a golf cart (available for rent). Special thanks to Alexis (ready to solve any issues), Claudia, Ruth, Felix Alexandro (security - very attentive).The property owner is always around making sure guests are okay. The property is clean and well kept, room for minor finishing touches and constant hot water (if that's for you).

1. My room was not cleaned during my stay and my bed was not made. 2. Breakfast is not served until 8am IF the workers arrive on time. If they don’t, you likely won’t eat until 9am, which causes serious issues if you have early morning excursions. 3. There is not coffee available in common spaces or hotel rooms as advertised on the booking site, which means you have no coffee until the breakfast opens. 4. We also never found the advertised jacuzzi. 5. The showers were not great and did not function properly.

Nice to have a refrigerator, a microwave would have been nice. We did have to wait for 45 minutes for breakfast. It was a good breakfast. The gate was closed when we arrived so we had to park down the street and walk up to check in.

Very impressive stay. It's like a mini resort. It has all of the fundamentals you'd look for in a resort, but on an intimate scale. I'd come back again. The prices at the restaurant are a little high for what is served. However, when you factor in the cost of going off site, and the quality of the food, it's not the most expensive. The food was good overall. Bookmarked and might be coming back
