Staff at check in were too busy gossiping with other about another customer when we arrived & didn’t focus on telling us where breakfast was, not very professional at all
All of the lamps in our rooms did not work which was ridiculous ! So had to use the big light from the bed all the time
The breakfast check in was not explained & the hostess was quite rude & abrupt & didn’t explain much to us
The plug in the bath did not left up so all the shower water stayed in the bath - the bathroom looked old & run down
Very disappointed with Hilton - expected much better care & attention
