This is a "room" in an older not well maintained house in a sketchy neighborhood. Parking on the street was a challenge, and the driveway had inoperable cars, 3 trash cans overflowing and a dozen trash bags piled in front of the car.
The room had a window a/c unit with plywood and tape to seal the opening (it was leaking cold air inside) Also a lot of street noise.
You have to use a shared bathroom, but the biggest complaint is the entire house reeked of cigarette smoke and to cover it up 2 Glade mist warmers were in the room, Between the cigarette smoke and overwhelming perfume of the warmers - I developed watering eyes, and a cough,
