This to me needs to be addressed. We had No water in our room for 4 days of the 8 day stay! Wifi was spotty at best and forced us to pay for Data. A 20 a day fee we were hoping to not occur during our stay. We should not of needed to pay if they had their wifi working, it was supposed to be provided. The manager Eric resigned during our stay, the bald assistant was not only not helpful but almost defiant. Daniel owner and Eric clearly didn't communicate we had spoken to Eric about not having any water, several times. He tried to help and do what he could. A plumber was called in and still not rectified. They have serious issues with their water system. We bought water so we could fill our toilets to flush our faecal matter away, not pleasurable when you’re on vacation. We lugged the jugs up to our room. I get problems arise but we asked since last day we flew out late could we stay in the room until 5pm and have a late check out. We thought it was agreed upon and then eric is gone and Daniel owner over turns the decision. Now in fairness we were told someone was staying in the room and we needed to be out. Then communicate to us so we can plan. Front desk staff were kind and tried to be helpful, they made calls and told people we had no wifi and no water. I don't go on vacation to not have a toilet or shower as an option. My two buddies want to rate this less than a 1 out of 10 if they could. My issue is how staff handle a crisis or issue and to me they failed.
